Tomorrow I leave for the Georgia Association of Realtors meeting where we will have the general membership meeting for Georgia Chapter Certified Residential Specialists. I am serving as Secretary this year of the state chapter and look forward to meeting some of the membership from around the state. This will give me a chance to discuss the market in other areas of the state.
January and February have already been good months in my area of East Metro Atlanta. We are looking forward to a good year.
